Dim-Mak Cornerstones V. 3 “The Valley Form”
For the first time ever, the very rare 4 Dim-Mak forms or "Cornerstones of
Dim-Mak" are taught by Erle Montaigue. These are the only forms that
Dim-Mak has as it is not an art unto itself! However, the masters of
Wudang only taught these 4 cornerstone forms at the end of one's training.
They taught you how to turn movement into reflex actions in real fighting
situations and also for healing the body. Here Erle teaches the Third of
the forms, the "Valleys" form, which works upon the Pericardium, Bladder
and Kidney meridians. Some potent Qigong Methods also in this/these forms.

Dim-Mak Cornerstones V. 1 “The River
Form”
In this series, Erle takes you through the first of the very rare 4 Cornerstone forms of Dim-Mak. Dim-Mak does not actually have a system on its own, as Taiji and Bagua are the foundation forms of Dim-Mak. However, near to the end of one’s physical training at Wudang, 4 intricate but beautiful forms were taught to give you the “keys” that unlock the whole of your training thus far! They are based upon the four main EARTH elements of Water (River), Air (Wind), Valleys and Mountains. They are based upon the internal aspects of those “elements”, very powerful, often slow and flowing, often very explosive.

Dim-Mak: The Most Practical and Most Deadly Point Strikes and
Combinations from Dim-Mak: Volume One.
Here, Erle Montaigue begins a
new and exciting area of training; that of Dim-Mak and the most
easily accessible and practical points to strike to gain the most
effect. On this volume 6 very violent self defence methods are
taught all aimed essentially at the CV22 point with peripherals
including GB3, ST9, GV15 and other extremely dangerous Dim-Mak
points. Also included is
Fa-Jing Testing which is the only way to test one’s advancement
in this explosive part of one’s training. Fa-Jing is the motor of
all Internal Fighting Systems without which we would not even have a
fighting art. It is the explosive attacking method that teaches us
how to gain great power from only a few inches away. This is Erle
Montaigue getting back to what he does best and what he is known
for. Real Self Defence methods, practical and violent. They HAVE to
be violent!

Dim-Mak A To Z Series:
Here for the first time, the whole of the Dim-Mak part of The Erle Montaigue System is taught from beginning to end. Called "Fa-Jing Gung-fu" (Explosive Energy Gung-fu), the series will begin with the training methods or "non-forms" called "Fa-Jing Shih" These movements, done without a partner to begin and then with a partner, are the best possible way to learn about fa-jing. Within these exercises are the very foundation of fighting using dim-mak or point striking. You will be taken slowly from the beginning class right through to the last most advanced class. At this time, we do not know how many volumes will be involved nor how long it will take. However, this is for sure. There has never been anything like this done before, nor will there ever be anything like it done again by anyone else. This is the accumulation of over 30 years of gathering, this form of Gung-fu "Fa-Jing Gung-fu" is indeed the pinnacle.
Mind body coordination to fight not just learning Dim-Mak points. Push Hands with Dim-Mak, learn control while stepping back on one leg.
Dummy Training - Subconscious, what ever comes to mind. Flowing natural reactions all the time aiming for the neck using fingers elbows etc. Rule-If starting on neck, stay on neck. If on bottom, stay on bottom. Do not loose contact with dummies arms. The dummy starts-2 hand up and then 1 hand down and one 1 up. He can change side with one hand down and up, you can move his hands or he can. Attack open side, close side open and close. Attack outside then center then outside.
Neck Technique - (Sleeper Hold) from the front during dummy training. Put the hold on both sides of the neck squeezing the carotid sinus. Then shake the neck. In 2 to 4 seconds he is out. Revive the sleeper hold by letting go of the neck. If this does not work pinch GB20 and strike down on the scapula. If heart has stopped push thumbs down into ST11 on both sides. If heart is beating this will stop the heart.
Training Method:
How to Stand - (Power Stance) C-back to fight with Dim-Mak. How to Strike - using proper stance loading and releasing the waist. Put your mind on the sacrum, always keep power stance even when stepping in, and move waist for power.
Headlock with sleeper hold. How to escape a
headlock.
Intent - Power stance rounds back, energy rises up the back to GB20, GB20 activates the reptilian brain giving you intent to move in, to do what you need to do. Do not think about opponents attack. Use intent and defend yourself, not a block punch mentality. The martial artist intent is more then the street fighters intent. Intent moves all your energy into the opponent’s pressure points (body).
ST10 - feel great pain - CV22 to finish. ST9 - knockout
When an attacker walks in to punch you in the
nose, evade and strike,
Distinguish what eyes are seeing and mind is
seeing, the mind subconsciously sees shadows.
E.g. The underside of the chin. The
brain sees shadows this is where all the points are, use peripheral
eagle vision
Stomach contracts when you strike. Reverse
breath, breath out, with intent behind the strike, this projects Chi.
Classic Bagua choke hold - rip the head off,
hold from the front.
Classic Choke hold - Take out both sides of the carotid arteries, by holding attacker from behind with arm in a V shape pattern.
How to Strike Dim-Mak points training Methods, head and neck
points are most vulnerable and dangerous.

a person’s body also GB20 squeeze in and up.
TRW23

is just above GB1 which is at the end of the outside of the eye. Strike
downward. Electrical point drains energy from the lower heater, KO or
death. Hit one or both sides at the same time. Use a one knuckle punch
or heal palm.
Antidote - GB20 or CPR if they are dead, or other revival
points.
Application - Middle of eyebrow, one cun up. Strike down, for
energy drainage. In for physical neck trauma or head trauma. Drains
lower heater hit down or too much energy to brain hit up.
Antidote - GB20, GB21 for upward strike. Rub GB20 down and
brush hands on both sides of GB21 over shoulders outward to the front,
takes energy out.

to rear Front to rear memory loss or death. Rear to front nausea and
death point. Use knife hand, ridge hand, one knuckle punch, back fist or
hammer fist not a full fist punch. Hand stops on the bone and continues
back or forward.
Healing - headaches, eye related problems, nausea, adds
energy.
GB3 (
Application - no revival points. Half inch above the ear is
also available, the artery ruptures and fills brain with blood. You can
die 3 days later. Medical strike myth of delayed death touch. Qi
disruption doubles the effect of the strike by changing the awakening
current at top of head or front of body. Qi disruption before GB strike
equals death. Can be done left or right hand. Woman are opposite. Swipe
fingers in a circular motion around 3rd eye and nose 1 to 6 inches from
face, this will cause a 3 second disruption then strike GB3 real fast.
Healing - One sided headache, facial pain, GB1 and GB3. When moon is in 4 positions it activates energy in certain parts of your body. E.g. Full moon at top of head, a quarter before it is in your hips, the right hip in particular, a quarter after the left hip, then the new moon energy leaves and goes to the ground. At any other time it can not affect your body such as with exercise etc.
GB24 (Front Mu points)

Application - Under lymph nodes. Drains the heart of energy.
Straight in strike.
Healing - Shingles, colon, heart, lung, small intestine,
pericardium.
Small San-Sau-Mother applications - For
serious situations death techniques to kill or severely damage someone.
E.g.
You’re attacked with a knife, you may not have a second
chance if you only put an arm bar on a person, you may miss the hold and
be killed yourself. Use continuous attack. Reflex action happens
depending upon what the attacker is doing.
Strike from short distance, imagine a
triangle from hand to tantien to the elbow, it makes the outside of the
arm soft and the inside hard, called cotton arm, use your waist to move
the arm. Frog Palm, Heal Palm Strike
A boxers attack is easy to fight
Multiple attack situation and Single attack
Situation
Use Eagle vision and
C-back stance
Stand equal distance to both attackers
Use reflex action, don’t think about what you will do,
multiple attacks won’t work if you stop to think.
There is no difference between multiple and
single attacks It’s always
one on one. Think of it as fighting one person at a time. The person who
attacks first, attack him straight away, then attack the next person.
Attack the biggest person first, you can maneuver yourself to them.
All movements are circular, Fajing.

maybe hit moderately the next time then maybe hard.
